The Social Performance Team of our company has changed and to date the representatives of the personnel working in ROSSS, are the following:
- Andrea Fauri – Management System Manager;
- Daniela Berti – Management System Operator;
- Serena Badii – Employees Representative for SA8000 purposes
- Gianni Cecchi – Workers Representative for SA8000 purposes / Joint trade union representative
We remind you that the Social Performance Team has the specific task of:
- identify and assess the risks related to the issues on Ethics and Social Responsibility descending from SA8000, taking care to relate to the Interested Parties;
- provide the General Management with all the data pertaining to the Social Responsibility Management System (services);
- verifying the implementation and effectiveness of the provisions of the General Management in the establishment and management of the Social Responsibility Management System or assessing compliance with the SA8000 standard;
- inform the General Management about the performance of the Management System, in order to allow timely interventions;
- to process and periodically update on the basis of the provisions of the General Management and what is verified with the 1st level Company Functions the Social Report;
- to facilitate the performance of audits by checking the results and promoting any requests for corrective and preventive actions;
- managing “non-conformities”, promoting and verifying the actions necessary to correct and / or prevent them;
- manage the Reports and complaints regarding the Management System, taking care of their communication;
- in accordance with what established by the General Management, define and maintain contacts with the interested parties.
