The goal is to provide a stable and reliable working environment, minimising risks in the event of seismic activity and ensuring operational continuity under all conditions.
Italgomma2 also faced the challenge of significantly increasing its storage and production capacity to meet the growing demand for industrial technical articles. In a rapidly expanding market, demands for ever-larger product volumes. For maintaining competitiveness, the company decided to expand its facilities, optimising both space and resources. To meet customer requirements, ROSSS designed an advanced and robust storage structure: a steel giant engineered to meet the highest safety and durability standards.
The adopted solutions include:
– Iron Fist Pallet Racks with an average capacity of 1,000 kg, ensuring stability and resistance even during seismic events;
– An internal cantilever with grated shelves added to accommodate goods of non-uniform dimensions;
– An external cantilever with a maximum capacity of 4,400 kg per level, designed for heavier materials.
