The growth of the business, together with the expansion of its product range, made it necessary to implement a targeted intervention in warehouse organisation, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and supporting logistics management in a more structured way.

For ERBAMEA S.r.l., ROSSS designed and installed an Iron Fist system with a mixed configuration, developed to integrate pallet storage and the handling of individual parcels for order fulfilment within the same warehouse.

To further enhance picking operations, the pallet rack was integrated with a carton flow system. This solution uses gravity to facilitate the movement of packages towards the picking area, making them rapidly available to operators.
